This cost can be shared between the employer and employee at the employer’s request. For example, if the company funds 80% of the cost, the cost per session split is $120.00 billed to the employer and $30.00 billed to the employee.

The cost per employee per month holds over any size of an employee population base at the specified utilization rate.
